Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped by:
1. Cooperating courier company (Elta Courier)
Delivery time may take 2-4 business days and depends on the destination (distance, difficulty in access, adverse conditions).
The courier delivery fee is 3 euros for orders up to 2 kilos.

For each additional kilo the charge is 1 euro.

2. Box Now, 24/07 in Greece & Cyprus

You will receive your package from the Locker Box Now of your choice on 24/07!

The shipping cost is €1.99 & in Cyprus this amount is €8.

*We do not ship bulky baby products with Box Now due to specific dimensions of the Lockers.

3. Bulky items (e.g. bassinet/cradle, changing table, basket set, etc.) are shipped by a shipping company (home delivery) or by Elta Courier (via ELTA home delivery). Delivery time may take 5-7 business days and depends on the destination (distance, difficulty in access, adverse conditions).

4. Pick-up from our store (20 Thessaloniki Avenue - Michanionas, Perea)

Thessaloniki). In this case, you will receive your order from our headquarters, as soon as we inform you that your order is ready. You have the option to complete your purchase from the eshop (see payment methods in "Terms and Conditions") or pay in store upon receipt.

As our products are handmade, a manufacturing time is required before they are shipped, which varies depending on the product(s) you have selected. Manufacturing times are listed in the product descriptions.

Ready-to-ship products are excluded.
