Returns Policy

Your order is not exactly what you expected? Do you want to make a return?
What you need to do is:
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, you have the right to return the product you received, provided that the product is intact, unused and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

If the return is due to the fault of the company (sending the wrong or defective product), the product will be picked up from your location after consultation with us and the shipping cost will be borne by us.

In any other case where you wish to return or exchange a product, you can do so using a method of transport of your choice, assuming the entire cost and responsibility of the transport.

Regarding the refund, you can re-order another product of similar or different value and in the event of a different value higher than the returned item, the difference in amount will be paid.

The amount of money is credited to an account that you will indicate to us.
